How do I find my license key?
We send you a welcome email with your license details right after purchase. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder first, then send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
What does "rolling 30-day quota" mean?
This means your usage limit is for any trailing 30-day period, not a fixed calendar month. For example, if you use 10 generations on September 10th, those 10 generations become available again 30 days later, on October 10th. Unused generations are not carried over to the next period—it is a "use it or lose it" system. You can always see your current usage and when your next generations will become available in the plugin's diagnostics panel.
My generated schema isn't showing up in Google's Rich Results Test. Why?
This can happen for a few reasons: 1) Caching - please clear your site and server cache. 2) Conflicts - another plugin might be outputting conflicting schema. Our plugin is "WooCommerce-aware," but other third-party tools might cause issues. 3) Propagation time - it can sometimes take Google a while to crawl and index new structured data. If the problem persists, please open a support ticket.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When you upgrade, the new plan and quota will be available immediately, prorated for the current billing cycle.
