All purchases and subscriptions for AI Snippets & Schema PRO are securely managed through our retail partner, JVZoo. We do not store your payment information on our site. This guide explains how to access your billing information and manage your subscription through JVZoo's customer portal.

Accessing Your Purchase Details

Immediately after your purchase, JVZoo sends a confirmation email to the address you used during checkout. This email contains your purchase receipt, transaction ID, and a link to access your purchase details.

• To find your details: Search your email inbox for a message from "JVZoo".
• If you can't find the email, you can access your purchase history directly by logging into the JVZoo customer portal.

How to Manage Your Subscription

Your active subscriptions (both monthly and yearly) can be managed directly inside your JVZoo account. Through the portal, you can:

• Cancel your subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Your plugin will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
• Update payment details: If your credit card has expired or you need to use a different payment method, you can update it in your JVZoo account.
• View and download invoices: All your past invoices are available for download within the portal.
