Account, Billing & Data Guide
Understand billing, entitlement, site lifecycle, capacity, and data controls.
Purchases and subscription billing are handled through the configured retail/payment platform. AI Snippets PRO does not need to store your payment-card details in the WordPress plugin.
Purchase and license details
Keep the purchase receipt and license email. The license key is a private credential for entitlement/domain binding; do not post it publicly.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the payment platform. Under the tested entitlement rules, a cancellation event does not immediately deactivate a currently paid term; the paid expiration date remains authoritative.
Refunds and reversals
An eligible refund/reversal deactivates the entitlement tied to that refunded transaction. Refund processing and eligibility are governed by the public Refund Policy and payment-platform rules.
Cloud deletion is not billing cancellation
Deleting the AI Snippets PRO cloud workspace does not cancel a paid subscription. Likewise, disconnecting a site or uninstalling the WordPress plugin does not request a payment cancellation/refund.
Site/domain management
Use My Sites / the connection controls to rename, release, or explicitly reconnect a licensed domain. Released domains are protected against silent re-binding by an old installation.
Expert Review capacity
Your current balance, reset information, and any applicable onboarding/purchased capacity are shown in the product. Exact plan quantities are defined by the offer you purchased. Optional Review Packs, if offered, require an explicit purchase; there is no automatic overage purchase.
Data export and deletion
My Sites can provide a secret-filtered cloud export and explicit cloud workspace deletion. Export intentionally excludes raw license keys, Google OAuth credentials, raw payment webhook payloads, idempotency keys, and request hashes.
