V2 Usage & Features Guide

V2 is an operating workflow, not a one-click snippet generator. The core loop is Detect → Understand → Prioritize → Recommend → Approve → Apply → Verify → Monitor → Measure → Prove.

Settings & Connection

Use AI Snippets PRO → Settings & Connection for license/domain state, active SEO provider, Product Readiness, Expert Review balance, Search Console connection status, data/storage controls, and report identity.

Site Intelligence

Site Intelligence brings together deterministic audit evidence, evidence freshness, page monitoring, Search Drop, Content Decay, Broken Link Intelligence, Critical Page monitoring, Smart Alerts, Weekly Owner Brief, and value history.

Work Queue

The Work Queue surfaces pages that need attention. It does not approve or apply SEO changes simply because an item appears in the queue.

Expert Review

Expert Review uses bounded page/site evidence and can return:

• Proposal — evidence supports a specific reviewed action.
• No Change — current evidence is healthy enough that manufacturing a change would be worse.
• Needs Information — a decision depends on a customer fact that must not be invented.

Approve → Apply → Verify → Undo

For supported provider-controlled title/meta-description changes, review evidence first, approve explicitly, apply the approved change, then verify the public result. Undo is available where the workflow can safely restore the previous verified state. Canonical and robots remain observation-only in the Meta SEO workflow.

Search Console

Optional Search Console evidence can power opportunities and performance context. Search Impact is intentionally conservative: later search movement is evidence, not proof that a specific SEO change caused it.

Truth Vault

Truth Vault stores customer-verified facts used by review workflows. Missing business facts should produce Needs Information rather than guessed content.

Reports

Generate deterministic downloadable PDF/HTML client or owner reports from stored evidence. Reports distinguish observed evidence, verified work, and next actions. Incomplete evidence is shown as partial rather than presented as complete proof.

Agency / My Sites

Agency customers can view bounded operational summaries across licensed sites, including attention state, connection state, shared Expert Review capacity, optional per-site guardrails, and direct navigation to each site's WordPress workflow. V2 launch does not promise team seats or a hosted client portal.

What uses Expert Review capacity?

A completed new billable Expert Review can consume one Expert Review job. Deterministic audits, Search Console evidence, monitoring, client-report generation, Approve, Apply, verification, and Undo do not consume an Expert Review job merely because they run. Provider/system failures and qualifying safely reversed failures are non-billable under the tested accounting rules.
