Usage & Features Guide
Learn how to get the most out of the plugin's features.
AI Snippets & Schema PRO is designed to be powerful yet simple to use. This guide covers the main settings page and the primary workflow inside the post editor.
The Settings Page
After activating your license, you can manage the plugin's global settings by navigating to Settings > AI Snippets PRO in your WordPress dashboard. Here's a breakdown of what you'll find:
- License: Your active license key is displayed here. You can reveal it or copy it if needed.
- Plan & Usage: This section shows your current subscription plan, your generation usage for the current 30-day cycle, and when your license expires.
- Domain Binding: This shows how many sites your license is currently active on. You can clear the bindings here if you migrate your site.
- General Settings: Here you can control the plugin's default behavior, such as enabling the AI Snippet box on new posts automatically or choosing whether to output the JSON-LD schema.
- Diagnostics: This panel allows you to validate your license and connection to our service. The "Help & Tips" section provides useful reminders for best practices.
The One-Click Workflow
The core of the plugin's functionality lives directly within the WordPress post or page editor. Below your main content area, you will find the AI Snippets (PRO) meta box.
Here is the simple 3-step process to generate your machine-readable content:
- Write Your Content: First, write your post or page content as you normally would. The plugin needs your finished content to analyze.
- Generate Snippets: Scroll down to the meta box and click the big blue button: "Generate (Answer + FAQ + Keywords)". The plugin will securely send your content to be analyzed and will populate the fields (Canonical Answer, FAQ, Keywords) in a few seconds.
- Review and Save: Review the generated content. You can edit the text in any of the fields or add/remove FAQ pairs as you see fit. Once you are happy, simply Save or Update your post. The plugin will automatically save the generated data and embed the valid JSON-LD schema in the page's code.
That's it! You have now created structured data that both search engines and AI engines can understand, improving your eligibility for rich snippets and AI-powered answers.
