These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aisnippetspro.com website (the "Site") and the AI Snippets & Schema PRO WordPress plugin (the "Plugin"), collectively referred to as the "Service," operated by us. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin on a number of WordPress installations corresponding to your purchased plan (e.g., Single Site, 5 Sites, Agency).

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Plugin.
• Your license key is used to activate the Plugin, receive updates, and access support. An active subscription is required for the Plugin to function and receive these benefits.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
• All subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the Plugin until the end of your current billing cycle, but you will no longer receive updates or support. The Plugin's core functionality may cease to work without an active subscription.

3. Service Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Snippets & Schema PRO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

The content you process using the Plugin (e.g., your post content) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process this content for the sole purpose of providing the generation services. We do not store your post content after processing.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Snippets & Schema PRO, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
